About Us
We are Trent and Amber Peterson, originally from North Dallas, and have been calling Stephenville our home for the last 20 years. Our family has been in the construction industry for over 20 years and in home building since 2018. We met in our late teens as best friends and in 2017 we married in Destin FL. Huckabay Tx is our community and where we raise our son River. When we aren't on the job, we enjoy traveling in our RV and staying at national parks and surfing at area lakes. We have a little garden and raise a couple steers every year for our family. We are blessed to have an extended family close to us and give back to our community through charities and the Huckabay Volunteer Fire Dept. Six String Development was named out of our love for the acoustic guitar. Trent has played since his teens and taught himself to play by ear. We are always happy to see a live concert and support local artists.
About Six String
Six String Development has been involved with different types of builds over the years. From Barndominiums to conventional homes each having their own vibe. Each project is different and we enjoy each new challenge. Together, with our team of contractors, we find solutions that make sense for how you want to use each space in your home. We are excited to be in a growing college town and hope to see projects we have been a part of all over town.
